My old HDD broken and I had a backup of all my saves on the PC,after transfering all the data to the new HDD(the old one was 20GB,the new is 120GB),all the saves worked fine, but the Rock Band one(it gives an error while loading the file, but all the DLC content is listed and works fine).I know people hack the save to get 100% of achievements,I don't want that,I just want to hack it so I'm able to get the save I had before. The problem appears to be that the content is locked to the HDD,there is probably a way to bypass this, does anyone know any?

You should be able to do it with any save resigner (I think there are multiple ones out there, but the one I got is from here: http://blueshadowz.info/download.php?view.328) Here is what you should do:

1. Extract a new gamesave from your 120 HD (it needs to have been created on the 120 or else this won't work).
2. Open it in the resigner, and copy the Device ID (your Profile ID should not matter for this purpose).
3. Open your Rock Band save in the resigner, and overwrite the Device ID with the copied one.
4. Click Resign.
5. Copy the resigned Rock Band save to your 120 HD (overwrite the old one).

This should solve your problem. I had almost the exact same problem with DOA4 for about two weeks, it drove me crazy trying to figure out how to fix it, but this worked for me.
