we love golf not working 3.2

hi i have yaosm 3.2 chip
sytem update 3.2
had my first back up game failure on " we love golf"
splash screen we love golf comes on but when you press start, screen just goes black
done this game with brickblocker

why doesnt it work? do i need to update to 3.3???
is this safe?
