View Full Version : Mastechief set for an apperance in Fable II

It looks as if at a bare minimum, the armor of Master Chief will be part of the goodies included in the collector's edition. Although it is expected he will make a firm in-game appearance if the following image is anything to go by which was officially issued earlier today by the team...


Call me crazy, but the character render below may be a Fable version of Master Chief. For starters, the original filename was 'MasterChief.jpg,' and the press release mentions an "otherworldly bonus."

So is masterchief going to ms' sonic and appear in every game? well I guess it could be funny, and I'm sure Halo fans don't mind it at all.

It's not Master Chief, it's just an additional armor set modeled after Master Chief's that you get with the collectors edition.

It's not an actual character in the game, but just an armor set for your character.

Well I would certainly hope it's not actually masterchief or else there would be some MGS2 type of twisted story in this game (Not that I didn't like MGS2 mind you), but still it's inspired by him, and anyone will know this. It's the same thing if nintendo give you a costume in a game consisting of a red hat, a red shirt, blue overalls, and a mustache..... yes that's right we all know that's a Mario costume.

nah man ever since i seen snake jump out that box and and kick mario in the teeth i stopped caring about what character shows up where.Doesnt ever drag you out of the actual games story anyway.Its just for kicks, like when snake had stomp out ape escape in snake eater ;)

I think in keeping with the Game Style it's quite good. Obviously a metal suited marine would look out of place in Fable 2. ;)

Yeah, more like TOO many good games. I'm all for a lot of games but I have yet to even beat GTA4 yet because I had to start Ninja Gaiden 2 over. I'd hate to see what happens come even September which isn't even fall yet. V_V Too Human is going to run 100+ hours, I just know it.
