Play DS on the Wii?

I'm not a big fan of portables (screen is always too small, not to mention it's kind of juvenile at my age, 27) and I'm just looking for a way to Play DS games on my tv. Preferably through the homebrew channel, maybe some kind of emulator or If I have to maybe some kind of adapter I can put on a nintendo ds that would allow me to play it on my TV.

That isn't completely true, although you cannot (to my knowledge) play DS through the Wii, but I have heard of some people; some-how attaching RCA cables to the DS, meaning you can play directly through your TV, which I'm pretty sure there is a manual, I recommend a search engine. But if your patient, and don't mind paying a few bucks (that's the opposite of me) I believe they are developing a TV adaptor that you can attach to your DS for gameplay on your TV. Furthermore the adaptor only shows the top screen as to the 'hacking-way' which shows both the touch screen and top screen.
