So I had my wii modded professionally. Things have been going great.
However now, I am unable to access any internet based channel. I can access the opera browser, but can't access the shop channel or Nintendo anything related. Keep getting errors saying 261412, or 209800, umm i'm confused?
please help

I think that first error code is a problem at Nintendo's end.

The second one however is a problem at your end, but if you can access the internet through the Opera browser, your connection should be fine.

Nintendo website says to try changing the channel on your wireless router.

Sorry to not be of much help.

first issue should be fixed by following the instructions on this link

http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/systems/wii/en_na/errors/results.jsp?error_code=261412&system=Wii&locale=en_US&action2.x=11&action2.y=22

the second error is a connectivity error, either your network connecton or wireless signal.

http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/wfc/en_na/ds/results.jsp?error_code=209800&system=Wii&locale=en_US

i would try the first link, it may fix the second.

you should see if your router supports QOS or other bandwidth management, it will prevent one user from doing this to another
