No 60GB Xbox 360 or price cuts for UK?

According to a MS rep, the introduction of the 60GB Xbox 360 and 20GB clearance sale is only for the US only, and no changes in Xbox 360 offerings or pricing in Europe have not been announced.

We will probably get the 60GB hard drive but we already had the price cut (2 since launch in fact).

This is amusing, I remember not 3 weeks ago M$ saying how they were going to focus on Europe and the UK, i have to say this isn't a good start. I'm really getting disheartened with M$ as they seem to think the US is the only market, well i guess been a US company it is important to them but I'm personally finding myself on the PS3 more and more,even to the point were i'm buying multi platform games on it and i never thought i'd be doing that 6 months ago. Fed up with US only this and that.

But it still costs a lot more than on the US. 200€ for the arcade, 270€ for the pro and 300€ for the elite are not exactly the same prices, more so considering that the US Dollar is very weak compared to the Euro right now.
