Is it possible to playback atrac3s on a 1.5? Tried lots o stuff and feel stupid, please help.

Some games uses AT3+ for their music. There is the atrac3plus.prx from some games... Maybe you could disassemble it (to see how to hook up to it), make a homebrew that uses that file... Or disassemble the windows version and use that source...

You have to use sonic stage 3.x It's a little sketchy on detection, just wait and the program will find the psp. Oh, only works for non-pro duos, so probably useless for you(although the 32mb can hold an album). For pro duos you need 2.0 firmware.

Funny thing about this. When I first got my PSP I only had the stock Sony 32MB stick, and so I used Sonic Stage to transfer my Atrac3 music files over. Worked like a charm the first time. But then when I came back later to transfer more files, it refused to even convert them to Atrac3 format and transfer them to the mem stick. Did the same when I got my Scandisk 512 card as well.
