Dont know if this has been posted before I did a search and couldnt find anything but I have the English patch to change the menus in winning 11

i've found by using BitCom*t the patch for it, but there's also a torrent witch gives you the game in full english mode (menu, matchmodes, etc...) i've got that one to, it works super!

This is the file that will give you the translation. It's a ppf file and the tools you'll need are ppf-0-matic and dkz studio. Both of which I've provided in the tools folder.

To apply the patch follow these steps:

1. First extract the files in the tools folder with winrar.

2. Now open your WE9_UE ISO with Winrar or dkz studio then go into the PSP_GAME folder, then into the USRDIR folder. Now find the file called j_text.afs and export to the translation patch folder.

2. Now start ppf-o-matic and in the top directory where it says iso file find the j_text.afs you just exported and select it. You will need to change the "files type" to "All Files" to be able to see it. DO NOT select your WE9_UE iso or it will not work.

3. Now in the Patch directory goto the translation patch folder and select the ppf translation patch.

4. Now just click apply, it will be done instantly and a pop up window will confirm this. At this point I would rename the j_text.afs to j_text_patched.afs

5. Now just open your WE9_UE ISO with dkz studio and highlight the j_text.afs again, right click on it and import the j_text_patched.afs
6. All that is left to do now is put the iso onto your memory stick and enjoy the game.

But yeh there is alot more which can be done, when I get the right tools which should be soon. I'm gonna do a update so we can hopefully have real kits, balls, better pitches for the 2 stadiums we have. New backgrounds and also lots of new and updated faces as I'm a facemaker for pes/we mainly. I just decided to do this cos I hate playing in jap lol.

But when I do the update I'll make sure to post it here for everyone ;)

I got the english patched iso several days ago. Combined with the English team-name savegame, you have a 98% English WEP. Only thing that's not in English is a few of the wifi menu features I believe. Allthough I had figured out many of the menu options of the Jap version on my own through trial and error, only now do I know what all those training options do.

...and I was about to pay a fellow graduate student who's Japanese $20 or dinner to come over and translate the menus for me...

mattster12 thanks for the mirror and manyy manyy thanks from germany for this great translation patch...it's so nice that we can play this and understand what it's going on when we push a button!! :D my brother play's this game on his PS2 he ordered every year from japan this game and then after one or two weeks after release comes the translation patches and stuff...i was saying to him that this game comes out for the PSP but only in japan language with a little savefile for playernames...and he was laughing over me all the time and now this great patch... :D for a second and third time thanks mattster12...i'm playin it right now...yeeeepppeeeayaaaee.... :D
