ssx on tour control scheme help

i just installed ssx on tour on my psp and have never played an ssx game before. so if someone can tell me what each button does and give me tips on how to do combos and get high scores, and just be a successfull ssx player in general, that would be great.

use the d pad to perform moves while in the air. just press any combo and ull get a move performed.

yeah i know that, but i need more specific button layouts.

I think he implied that if you're playing the game, then you're supposed to have bought it... So you gave the manual. To be politically correct, you know...

He may have rented the game from gamefly.c0m, which doesn't ship the manual or instructions, and overlooked that the website has a "gameplay instructions" tab for each game they have. That's what I do (as a member), and believe anyone browsing the site can do. The instuction page is very spartan however, only listing buttons and their actions.

I kind of like learning controls just by trial and error! That way by the time I learn how to, for example, make your skier face forward after getting turned backwards for half the race, I've already gotten good enough to beat half the game.
