Is there a way to dump my entire Wii memory?

I recall reading that some group had developed a NAND dumper but had not released it yet, this was about 6 months or so ago.

I tried to look for information but all I found were links to that article.

So has anybody developed an app to dump my entire Wii memory to an SD card yet?

I mainly want to do this to create a backup of all saves, downloads, etc in case anything happens, and also because I heard the dump would not be encrypted, I was hoping I might be able to extract the roms from my VC games.

Whats the difference between the NAND dumper and Filesystem dumper?

And the NAND dumper claimed the dump will be encrypted, not sure about the filesystem dumper, is it ok to ask how to decrypt or view the contents of the dump here?

Nand dumper = encrypted
NandFS = un-encrypted (and able to dump to front SD card).
