hello everyone!
I have some questions about nds and rom playing..
I have the gbamp v2 and an ez-flash powerstar 2 card which is a 256mb one.
After using my passme (natrium one) to flash my ds, i tried burning some roms (demos and backup ones) to my flashcart. All demos worked when i appended the dsloader binary, but NOT as *.nds files. After patching warioware (clean dump) it plays ok too.

now, to the questions! :

1) Are patched nds roms (ndspatcher) able to save to the cart? Or to a ds cartridge?

2) When i tried to mod my gbamp so it can boot nds files, i get white screens, and i cant boot anything off it. It goes into the multi boot screen but when i choose an nds file it just wont load. Do i have to use clean nds files here or with the loader appended? (like the demos i did). The funny thing is that the menu itself is an nds file!!

3) Also, i was thinking of buying the supercard, but looking at the packaging, i found out it was almost the same as the gbamps one!! IS there any way to mod my gbamp into a supercard?

Also please clarify whats the difference of a clean nds and an nds.gba file and why one would boot instead of the other. This is something i havent found an explanation for yet.

thanks everyone for any help and replies!!!

It is not possible to play commercial roms on your gbampv2.
Because it is limited to the DS's 4mb ram. And no you cant mod your gbamp.

And for ndspatcher compatibility check the list in one of the threads.
The difference between .nds and .nds.gba is that .nds.gba is a format for your flashcard.

Cheers,

Serge

Actually it is possible to play commercail roms with the GBAMP. Triforce released some rom patcher that makes it work.
