Problem with NBA Street 2

I'v ripped the full DVD of NBA Street 2 to my Harddisk, but when I start the game, it just turns back to my dashboard (Evox). All other games are working fine. What's the problem? I've got Phoenix Bios Loader 1.3 with Evox D6 BFM bios , and I tried also the X2_4977 bios (same problem).

Dunno if this is the case, but I've heard that some games cannot be run from the hard drive, though its rather rare.

Try re-ripping the game and see if it makes a difference. A bad rip can and does occur sometimes.
