WiiWare / Firmware update question

I am currently using WiiKey 19.s. And i have firmware version 3.1U.
I want to install wiiware games. I know this requires 3.2U. Is it safe to update online right now? If i do update, should i take all the VC games that i have installed off of the system first? I've looked around for the answers to this, and have not been able to find anything.

Any suggestions/comments are welcome.

Unless Nintendo have sneaked a new update past all of us in the last half hour or so I think you are perfectly safe to update as the current firmware doesn't detect your Trucha signed VC games and will think they are legit.

Just an update. I did update online to 3.2U. Everything is good to go!

you can update your wii on line , this will not cause you any problems mate
