will 16GB Turbo SD HC SDHC sd cards work on the wii and homebrew channel etc? i need a bigger card my 2gb aint cutting it no more :p

The wii will only take 2gb cards as far as i know.

Considering what the original use for the cards are for in the wii, the big N prob thought that 2gb was well sufficient.

BAH there's no way i'll get all my mame roms on it than :p

what about 4 or 8gb non HC cards if they exist?

I'm sure a while back somebody tried different forms of memory cards and basically 2gb was the max size of any type that it would take.

Not 100% sure but i am pretty much 99.7% sure.


were needing the usb ports to be opened up for use...:cool:

Or even a small pocket hdd. Cheap as hell theses days and better value than good sized usb.

I doubt the card is actually 4gb. I bought a card on ebay claiming to be 4gb and it actually was only 1gb with everything else loading onto the card as an empty shell files. Double check your card capacity.
