Change,Create folders online with website

I need to know if there is a website that i can go to that can read/ write to my SD card so i can create folders on it. i really intrested in modding my wii but i dont have a computer only a PS3 i have heard there i such a website but dont know where or what to search for to find it. i have the Tp hack installed but i only have a GB emu and i would like more please someone help me. i dont know anyone with a PC with SD nor can i afford one

Your local library should have a computer you can use. Most likely with a SD card reader. If not they can be had for as little as $5 or less.

Well the OS has to mount the SD card as a network file system such as SAMBA (on Windows for instance) or some other network file system. A process that would require a computer or similar device that has network access.

What you are asking for requires both a hardware and software interface through some sort of network layer means where the network translates your SD cards as a file system that can be accessed externally. The external entity or interface can be a web interface or through any networkable interface but you need it proxied somehow.

Your local library is your best bet. Schools like universities have public computers as well.
