Where to download wiikey update?

Could someone provide me a "trusted" link to download the wiikey update? I don't have bit torrent. I knew that sounds dumb, but I don't have that.

I am going to get wiifit today and I haven't update my wiikey since very first version.

What I read from thread is burn the update and config. Load them. Rock n Roll!
Also, it sounds to me I have to update even I got original wiifit. Am I right about it?
