View Full Version : Burnout EU-US savegame incompatible

Hey guys,

I got a huge problem with Burnout Legends. I played a friends european copy for more than 8 hours, and I had already more than half of the game done.

Now I finally picked up a copy for myself, and......the savegame just doesnt work. I'm so mad at EA.

Well.....the European Save starts with ULES, the US one with ULUS....and there are some other differences in the foldername. I tried to just rename my old save, but that didnt work either.

So I wanted to ask you guys, if someone has got an idea or the knowledge to make that damn savegam work, I'm so mad atm ^^ :(

I upped both saves (my old, and a blank new one from my US version) here:

Go to gamefaqs, they have a US 100 Percent save there.

well that defeats the point of playing through the game by yourself. and i believe that is why cubeikon wants his saves converted

Obviously, I'm pointing out, that you can't convert the two. I am giving an alternate option..fool..

Maby if you could upload saves from both that are new then maby it could be done as their should only be a small change some were within the file to say if its a Jap, US or EU save file.

i noticed this with eu and us nfsu:rivals. tried to use my friends eu save file and it didnt work.

you're the fool thinking it can't be done. the guy is hoping someone skilled enough could come up with a way of doing it.
