Haze is not even out yet. You can not compare a non-existant game to a game that broke sales records. If Haze achieves this feat, then you can say it is equal.

Uncharted. Oh boy. It was a good game. I'll give you that. It was still disappointing. The sequel will probably be what the first game should have been.
Ratchet and Banjo? One is an established franchise (Ratchet), the other *was* an established franchise. The new game is still not out. Stop comparing imaginary games.
Motorstorm was another good PS3 title. Sold a respectable 3.25 million copies according to VGchartz. If you want to compare racers, Forza has sold 3.82 million copies.
According to VGchartz, Resistance has sold 2.8 million copies. According to the same website, Gears of War has sold 5.17 million copies. They are not equal. Not even close. The sequel thing goes back to the imaginary argument. Keep it in your head.

Before you go a fanboy rant for no apparent reason, please check your facts first. Both systems have their good and bad points. If Sony's **** tastes better in your mouth, then enjoy it to your heart's content. Just don't knock the other guy because it leaves a sour taste in your mouth.

tbh out of the games you mentioned only dead rising is an ok xbox360 exclusive credits to capcom,Ace Combat by konami & will come to PS3,the rest will be ported to PC & with names like these (left 4 dead,dead island,lost odyssey,halo wars) you know these boring games have been developed by PC game dev's. :D

Mercedes makes more money per car than ford does. They also cater to a specific demographic and income group. Games cater to gamers. Different games cater to different gamers, but if you compare apples to apples (shooters to shooters), Resistance is a shadow compared to Gears of War.

Another thing - saying that 360 exclusives will just be released on PC is also flawed. Who owns the OS you will be playing these PC games on? Just like with Mass Effect and Gears of War, Microsoft will milk them for all they're worth on the 360 before allowing them to be released on any other platform (even the PC).

I didn't feel the need to comment about GoW2 just yet. I think the game will speak for itself. Plus, I like seeing if I can jumpstart people's brains and steer them away from the whole "follow the console" stuff. Sometimes narrow minds have just become too caught up in this "console war" that they've forgotten why they even play games in the first place. Geez, I forgot what this thread was about. Gears of War 2 looks great. I loved the original but found it way too short. I wasn't really pleased with the multiplayer portion as well. I hope this one is longer (I'm sure it will be) and I hope they fine tune the multiplayer similar to how Halo is done. I mean in terms of weapon balancing, matchmaking, and number of players.
