try to run the pixel fixer movie. it may not work but its worth a shot and i think sony might want to charge you and send you a 2.5. also you could just try and buy a replacement screen off of ebay or something.

They don't look like dead pixels to me.

Drop those colour test pictures (all one soilid colour) onto your machine and check out the pixels.

me neither looks like a loose fcc cable remove the lcd ribbon and reseat it that should solve the problem ou psp been knocked ?

infact looking again it seems to be you are either taking the piss and your camera lense is dirty or b its damaged screen protector the pixels just wouldnt run like that even when dead stick or ou can clearly see the pixel rows on our picture and the streaks dont appear to be pixels

The way they make a circular motion, almost makes me think damaged screen ( lens cracked ) or as EnTiTy suggested screen protector scrapped up.

thats a up close shot flash on PSP with a dust and fine scratches, plastic screen cover. you can just make out the depth of the plastic.it seems that the auto focus as locked on to the back grand and put the dust particle out of focus :D
