It seems to say that its an integrated blu-ray player as well, I just cannot see that happening.

Who cares? It will never ever see game support (they wont even attempt it too much of a user base without it)...it will be movies only so the only people who would be in the market would be MS fanboys who's pride wont let them buy a sony product. I suppose if its integrated into the 360 with no noticeable price increase it might be attractive to people that have no current gen console but I just cant see it amounting to much at all.
