you can dummy in PSP/USRDIR/DATA/sound pxp.skx and yells.skx and in SYSDIR delete the UPDATE folder and the iso is down to 176 mb(for all who have only a256mb card or a higher card to make more games on it :D ) it works absolut excellent with UMD-EMU and system menu...!!! :D

I'm assunming you are removing the commentary??? if not what are you removing??? if that's the case I don't want to lose that. Is there anything else in gretzky to remove that doesn't affect gameplay?

Nope... that is the commentary file (around 535 MB or so). I ditched the 'update' folder, the commentary (pxp.skx), and the in-game music to give me a size of 235 MB.

I got my Gretzky NHL '06 down 2a 172mb in size & works flawlessly. :D

If I remember correctly, I just deleted the pxp.skx file... no dummy needed.
