version 3.51 emulator

i want to play downloaded games i got a 3.51 PSP. which emulator should i use to play downloaded games???

None. Downloading games is illegal (yes, even roms for emulators) and we do not support piracy. Official 3.51 firmware cannot run emulators or illegally downloaded psp games. You would know if you bothered looking around here rather than just posting something that against board rules in completely the wrong section.
