hi i hope someone can help , i have a supercard and passme and am thinking of usine flashme as a way to protect against the new bricking threat .i just want to know do i just download the flashme program and put that on my sd card and boot up in GBA mode and then bridge the SL1 thing and then run the program .also dose this program tell what its doing i.e so that i know its working and when its finished.i know that to many of you this may sound like a stupid question but i'd rather ask and sound stupid than screw my DS and look completely stupid. any help would be appreciated
thanks in advance

Thats the right way to do it m8 make sure what u use is metal and make sure your ds is plugged into the mains .
The screen will go black with some writing telling you how much percent it is at quiet easy.
I had to have the passme in mine with a original nds cart in as well.
check http://ds.gcdev.com/dsfirmware/ for info

ALWAYS have ac-adapter (charger) in NDS while flashing, you do NOT want the NDS to turn itself of while doing it.
1. Put FlashME.nds on Supercard.
2. Boot Supercard on DS into DS-mode (hold ABXY)
3. Start FlashME.
4. FlashME say onscreen to press X B X B.
5. Now its time to short/bridge SL1
The SL1 is in battery compartment behind the square sticker. Keep SL1 shorted/bridged until lower screen say its finished flashing.

Hi,
I have decided to go ahead and use FlashMe. I am a bit concerned about downloading a possible bricker following recent events.
Could someone who has already flashed their DS firmware please confirm the file size and MD5 checksum?
I plan to use the one hosted here: http://ds.gcdev.com/dsfirmware/
Thanks!
