After I spg, what happens if I go online before putting my save back with my profile...

like will my rank get messed up? will XBL see anything that can ban me? anything bad?

Your online rank has nothing to do with your gamesave. If you sign in on another computer you keep the same rank. Its tagged to your gamertag. Whatever you do with saves ect your rank will not change
