Help Wit SSBB!

I have a ntsc usa wii. modded wid wiikey and 3.2 soft and 1.9s updated. Whenever i try to play homebrew ssbb it shows but when i click play i get erroe 001 and it is unauthrized device detected. when i turn on real 9mb config disk 1.4 and turn on dev and no updates from the options it always gos off agin whenever i restart please help i really want to play this game

I have yet to get the DL game working - I can only get to the title screen then the sound goes out and the game goes to white screen and gives me a disc error. Your not alone man, I think it's just that some of the Wii Lasers are bunk or something.

yea seriously - why would I be in this thread if i didn't already have a chip? Not to mention you wouldn't even get to the title screen without a modded system and the first guy that posted in here said "I have a ntsc usa wii. modded WITH a wiikey and 3.2 soft and 1.9s updated"

..gotta love when people actually READ before posting stuff.

One of my buddies is sending me a copy that is confirmed to work so we'll see what happens.

In the meantime I'm going back to play some more Mario Kart Wii :D

homebrew wont work it never will thats all there is to it. either burn the game to a Dl disc or you don't play it simple as that.

Have you tried to burnn it with better media?

i got ssbb to work by using imgburn and setting the layer break to 2084960 and burning at 2.4X with a HP DVD+R DL, by the way i have a d2ckey. But i have heard the wiikey wii's that you dont need to set a layer break, but im not sure

i have no idea what's wrong with my system --- I had my buddy mail me a copy of the game that works on his system with a WiiKey and all the same settings as mine but I get a disc read error right after the white screen (before the intro movie plays). I have a copy that I made that at least gets to the title screen but thats it. This leads me to believe it HAS to be something with my laser and DL discs as every other game and copy works fine. I have yet to try a genuine copy of SSBB but i can only assume it wont work.

Friggen Nintendo. :(
