Someone told me that I needed the latest Wiikey 1.9s update, but they said that the version on Wiikey site is not a good version,

Where to get the 9mb version??

You do not need Wiikey 1.9s update to play Mario Kart. If you have NTSC Wii, just remove update and region patch from the ISO. The Wiikey 1.9s update from Wiikey site is good, only the config disk is not good. If you want the good config disk 1.4, you just google it. That's how I found the good copy.
