Ten Xbox 360 Dev Kits Stolen

It looks as if TEN Microsoft Xbox 360 development kits have gone missing or more likely stolen, from a warehouse in Düren, Germany. The Austrian federals and the German public prosecutor’s office started an investigation and have since seized three of these Xbox 360 development kits from their respective parties.

i bet...remember not long ago smartX had a picture of 3 Dev kit that had the serial # blacked out.....

Here is a story on golem.de (http://www.golem.de/0510/40889.html) that seems to confirm that SmartXX was busted with the stolen devkits. It's in german, someone can maybe translate the interesting parts?
