Beginners question...

Hello, I need to transfer gamesaves from one hdd to another. I know how to connect the hdd, use xplorer360 etcc..

I just have one question, how would you use a gamesave on another xbox hdd if the hdd serial nmber is embedded withing the save?

if youre sayin what i think youre saying as long as you have the same gamertag on the other box it will work otherwise you gotta resign it which is impossible unless you join a site that resigns saves. there is only 1 currently. 360gamesaves.com and they dont let people in for sh+t

Well, I had a problem in which I lost all my gamesaves. When I managed to get them back, my hard drive broke. So now I need to get a new hdd and transfer them over.
So as long as I recover my profile to my new hdd the saves will work?

yea lemme know what happens it doesn't matter what console they come off of (if it does its real technical) as long as you have the profile they are linked to.
