Guitar Hero dc?

Does anybody know if there is a way to get the xbox live downloadable songs for guitar hero 3 using the transfer kit? Could someone please help me with this. Thank you so much.

i'm pretty sure it's do able since people can transfer map packs and other stuff like that. Not sure how though

I can't because I don't have Xbox Live I have dial up. That's why I asked if anyone knew how to do it or not.
