I really like the cart, but I am confused. I thought you wouldn't have to patch games to boot them? What on earth does Clean Dump Patch function support mean? When I patch games they work most of the time, but the size of the rom shrinks in size. Is this normal? Any help appreciated. I know the G6 is new so I don't expect answers right away.
What software are you using? Download the new G6 U-Disk Manager from

That's exactly what I am using. Let me ask you this. When you boot DS Rom do you select DS Game or Game from the flash cart menu? I'm selecting DS Game. Maybe I should be selecting Game and go through the directories to select the rom. I just thought of this now, but I'm at work so I can't test my theory at the moment. Last night I had to patch Trauma Center and Castlevania in order to get them to work.
Yep I select DS game, haven't tried those games but soon will to see how I go..

I'm also curious of how this G6 system works.
The product description says it supports clean NDS dumps. And from what I gathered, I can kind of see that you do indeed use clean NDS dumps, but need the G6 U-disk manager to transfer the files to the cart. And while doing this, it patches the game for you.
Is this how it goes? If so, does it patch all games correctly or just some.
