Cod4 - Golden guns through save possible?

Ok, I started playing cod4 online and really want those golden guns but theres no way in hell im completing all those challenges. Would it be possible to stick a save file with all of them unlocked on my HDD and would it work?? has anybody else tried this?

Ok, But im just asking if this kind of thing would work, is all the online stuff ie golden guns saved on your save file or on your profile etc
