Rumor: GTA IV copy already leaked?

According to a Dutch site, someone has already managed to get their hands on a copy of GTA IV. The only proof however is two dark photos (the logical thing to do would be to take a picture of inside the manual?). Also, haven't MS started replacing the "Xbox Live" logo with one that just says "Live"? (thanks M4GN3T!)

To avoid leaks, Games dont go in production this early before their release date. That's why games are rarely leaked more than a week early.

and in Mexico wher most discs are made [especially XBox ones they get leaked out into the streetz quick...i paid 2 US dollars for my copy :D ]

Wasn't that the disc image from one of the previous PS2 titles ?

It looks really familiar anyway and if this was genuine then a video or some unseen screenshots would have been the only way to prove it, which is something the OP clearly wants to do.

I am almost 100% sure its fake, if it was leaked it would be on the net already, and the guy saying he bought it here in Mexico is lying, I live in mexico and it isnt at any pirate place, this is fake

Not necassarily, quite a few people had Halo 3 days before the first copies of it started to appear on IRC and usenet, and if that person is indeed saying that they bought it in Mexico then they are full of **** anyway since PAL xbox games aren't even produced in Mexico, they're made in Austria.

fake, the high res backgrounds from games does not appear instantly like it does in this video, takes a few seconds each time..

when is the street date? i've seen some titles out about two weeks before they are supposed to hit retail. this looks to be the pal release, so it's possible that someone does have a copy, the discs should be pressed already.

The GTA4 for 360 looks pretty fake, just some guy who printed some images from his computer.

The PS3 video version however, does look pretty damn real. The only thing that is suspicious is the image loading too fast, but other than that it is well done and believable.
My guess is that he is a reviewer, reason why he doesn't show any in-game material.

100% fake - look at the black ring around the holie in the 360 disc, this should have the holographic "stamp" that all other 360 discs have..

No it doesn't.

All GTA games since 3 first show the Studios who developed the game (Rockstar/Rockstar North/Rockstar South), then a Splash screen with legal mumbo jumbo (and the game's theme as a background) and the first movie is one with music and the credits.
