Xbox 360 price cut starting in Europe tomorrow?

The German Financial Times has ran a story today that says Microsoft is to officially announce tomorrow that they are to lower the price of the Xbox 360 in Europe. They say the Xbox 360 Arcade will be cut from 280 Euro to 199 Euros (lower than the cost of a Wii) and the Xbox 360 Pro will be cut from 349 Euro to 299 Euro. Microsoft are apparently still discussing whether they should reduce the price of the Xbox 360 elite.

The Elite will be cut to 400 euro.
There are already folders from 2 big toy-stores confirming the price-cut starting the 14th of this month.

So finaly the xbox360 is cheaper then the wii,now its only waiting for the wii and ps3 to lower in price,its a shame i already have all 3 console's. :(

they have to lower the price of the Elite as well, now that all 360's have HDMI the only advantage the Elite has is the bigger HDD

Microsoft should just drop the price of the premium down to the current price of the arcade bundle and drop the arcade SKU! This is the only advantage the PS3 has over the 360... And it'll lessen the confusion among consumers.

hopefully the monopoly on the wii will stop and cause a price drop.
i want to play brawl as much as i hate the wii. sorry that might sound like a fan boi. i hate them.
