Can someone tell me how to run the dead pixel fixer

Got the program, just dont know where to upload it to on the PSP ?

I've tried making different files for Video but it wont work, have trawled the web but no answer of how to do this and no read me with the program

download psp video 9. the program converts and transferrs video to your psp. psp supports only mp4 video. rule of thumb. any video needs to be encoded specificly for the psp.

Just note that there is no such thing as a "dead" pixel fixer, only "stuck" pixels. A dead pixel is burned out, a stuck one is stuck on. Big difference.
