Confirm Ndogs USA (chihuahua) is saving properly to the XG2 512, and that this is a working patcher that does not encrypt the roms... so taking out the XG check is likely not difficult, only there is something about XG that is different than most carts which made the ndspatcher incompatible for roms greater than 128mbit...

this is the day that we have been waiting for. its a excellent feeling to play games with flash me that support gba saving and our xg/neoflash carts.
ive only tried two but they saved and restored saves properly

Actually thats 256mbit which is the GBA cartridge address space ceiling. And what's different is probably XGFlash specific ROM banking registers that would allow 512mbit and larger games to function. If I knew what kind of code the XGFlash used and the X-Rom equivilent I'd look into patching it.

You dont quite get what I said... the roms patched with NDSPATCH 0.1 that are larger than 128Mbit don't work on xg/neoflash in most if not all cases... but with GST's they do. It is possible that the GBA slot is set to a slower speed with the GST loader, or perhaps there is some form of internal bankswitching going on @ 128mbit instead of the "standard" 256mbit.

This is likely due to whatever they used to make it what they called a "U-disk" and was origionally claimed that it would be the only current cart (back then) to be able to do DS roms from GBA slot - something special about the structure of the XG hardware (and that was disproven very, very quickly back then). Trust me - I already know quite well the limits of the GBA cart hardware address space...

Use the Neo powerkit m8 just put neoflash in google and there site will come up just grab it from there u will also need a passme or flashme or wife me to play the roms

Thanks for the reply,I have tried powerkit but the the powerkit program doesnt recognise my xg flash connected it says cant find flash card.

any ideas ?
