I'm extremely unhappy with the way that the modchipstore.com has handled my order/case. Well I can't say that they handle anything because I placed my order on January first and it's February 11 and still no Wiikey in sight. I have sent them messages true the ticket system and true the support email and nothing. I'm being forced to use my Credit card buyer protection system because it seams that they wont answer my emails etc. I spent $50.00 between the chip and shipping and I'm so mad at this moment.
Any of you have had the same problem with this store?
hehehhehe

Do a search here and look on resellerratings.com. They are horrible.
Just do a chargeback because they're not going to get back to you to cancel the order. Order it somewhere else.

Go figure...
I called my Credit company and they said that there where no charges from the modchipstore, thank goodness because I changed my mind and now I'm gonna go with open source chip from bell :D About the best dam thing I have seen so far!
May my experience serve as a warning to others, stay AWAY from TMCS they never answer emails and their ticket system is suckness... this store has the topical characteristics of a store run by a pothead college guy:mad:

I too had an issue with modchipstore. That stupid ticket system sucks. I placed an order on Feb 1st for a cyclods evolution. and i havent gotten it. I checked my paypal, and thank god, they havent' taken my money. So I've been sending them a ton of "cancel my order" tickets. It's hard to find a reliable retailer. I think there's one in australia.

I think the most reliable way to mod a console now days is to go with open source. The only draw back is for the ppl with the lack of electronics but even that can be learned fast. Gona go with yasom as soon as y find a darn pc with a serial port... my desktop just flew out of the window... literally:p
