Are there any video tutorials on how to disassemble and chip your wii?

Text does nothing for me, i need a video. And BTW what chip do you guys recommend. So far im looking at wiikey just cuz it can play back up gcn games too. Do all chips do this? And if i brick my wii is there a way to unbrick it and cant i send it to nintendo? I now the warranty will be voided but how do they know i modded the wii?

I have a wiikey and am more than happy with it, but here is some info on other chips: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Wii_modchips

You will need to make sure that you get a modchip that will work with your chipset. i.e D2CKEY if you have a d2c chipset.

I wouldn't rely on ninty fixing your wii if it dies after the chip has been installed. Just make sure you remove the chip before sending it to them ;-)

If you are planning on installing the chip yourself, then research as much as possible to make sure you know what you are doing. That way you are much less likely to damage it. Only try it if you are confident you can do it.
