If you have a good nand dump, we'll be using that if not make a dump so you have a backup of your id storage keys. Then go here http://nds.cmamod.com/ get nand tool (you can make you dump with this if you haven't already) and use it to repartion your lflash, then flash back you good nands id storage only with nand tool, then use your pandora to reinstall 3.71m33-2 and then double check your keys with keycleaner. then update to at least 3.71m33-3-4 once fixed try not use the format flash1 from the recovery menu but instead use a tool like helcats pan menu or configcleaner.

Is it important to format flash1 after each cfw install when you're initially running the Pandora/Magic memory stick?
So basically ->Run the DCv3 installer to 3.71 M33-2 ...then format flash1???......Use the M33-4 install...then format flash1???

If so, why?; and which is the best method to do it? (Since i've read don't use the Recovery menu option!)

Because it has a tendency to screw up the partitioning of the nand, even more so if it already has done so on that PSP previously.
