3.8M33 & MagicMS/Pandora Battery

I am trying to create a Pandora battery using the guides on here, along with trying a few of the self installers for the magic memory stick, and every time I try to launch the Pandora battery maker I get "this game could not be started"

has anyone got a Pandora battery creator that has been tested to work with 3.8M33?

The open source battery tool I made is minutes away from being released (it is tested and working on 3.80M33, just need to be sure my patch works under 3.71 still and it's good to go.)

I have 4 PSPs here that are all running original firmware that I offered to do for people so they could get in to the CFW Scene.
