Hey I'm new to this place so I just want to thank everyone includding Jinx and all the others who figured out how to take care of the lag and disc change problem however heres another problem of mine...I'm sorry I'm not the best at this thing and certainly not good at cracking stuff but still I manage to make my own pandora and get the CFW 3.71 M33-4 running on my psp anyhow all this to say I used a a popscreator called Impaler PSX to create Chrono cross cd's into one eboot ,in that I succeeded, but I failed to even start the game it wont even go beyond the warning the screen just stays black...afterwards I did what Jinx said and made the ID of Chrono Cross the same as Syphon Filter and made sure it was that and I did run it at 3.40 pops but it says the game could not be started (80000004) and its the same when I do it on 3.51 and then I tryed on 3.72 its the same problem as the black screen however this time the memstick light flickers so I was getting my hopes up for nothing as I waited for a good 5 min and nothing happened...
So I an at a big loss here....
anyhow I run, like I said, 3.71 M33-4 and I have a 1.5 kernel also I have put all the posploader on my memstick except for 3.71 that I'm searching for all over the place any how I was wondering if its because of my kernel that the game is not working or because of my pops that I'm missing this is what I am trying to figure out now...but most of the time I way off thank you for your patience and for considering my problem.:)

sigh, you could have used the search function
multidisc psx games made into one (1) eboot only work on the newest pops (3.71?)

Holy crap that's a wall of text. Use popsloader and run it under 3.72. Multi-disk eboots only work on 3.71 and 3.72. Oh and you probably didn't set up popsloader right: http://forums.maxconsole.net/showthread.php?t=87901

He said he tried 3.72. Here, try this:
I was doing everything right since the beginning. There was no problem while creating the EBOOT. Appearantly, when I updated the M33-3 to M33-4, I didn't replace the "popsloader.prx" with the new one that comes in the update. I realised that the file sizes were actually different. I replaced the old one with the new and it worked just fine. Hope this will be helpful for other people, or maybe I was just too stupid :D

I used a a popscreator called Impaler PSX
Erm . . . what? I've never heard of that, and I've been hanging out here for a while. I'm guessing that's your problem. Try using the RS_Gui (found here at maxconsole) instead. That worked for me. And double check the first post in the original CC topic to make sure you've got the right game id.

Guys I honestly think I'm cursed or something cuz I did everything you guys said and what you guys I already did then I took in consideration what the dude said about prolly messing up the installation thanks a bunch for putting a link to the tutz but the thing is I was already shown on youtube how to do it but I still followed the tuz and this time it gave me...the same thing as usual I only use the 3.72 eboot file on root cuz I was tired of downloading them all over again me and jinx are trying to understand the issue MAD PROPS TO YOU if your reading this Jinx!!!!:D:D:D:D
Anyhow I hope my thing works out and I hope its something big so that atleast all this would be worth the cause to rule out maybe a new problem!!! thanks for everyones support much appreciated

You put a what in the what what? I am guessing you mean that you used the eboot with 3.72 pops . . . like the above poster, I suspect your pops are messed up. Try seeing if the game will boot with the default pops (hold R-shoulder button while booting, and choose the "from flash" option). If it boots, then your pops haven't been done correctly. Follow Duckbusters' guide here on maxconsole to do them. If it doesn't boot, then you're doing something wrong making the eboots/your ripped images are bad/you're doing something really odd that might not be possible to diagnose over the internet.
Try that troubleshooting stuff, if that doesn't work, try posting step-by-step what you are doing to make the eboots. Include what programs you are using and what form you are ripping your discs to (iso, bin/cue, img, whatever). Maybe then someone will spot something going wrong in your process. FYI, the RS_Gui seems to like .iso format best.
