Resident Evil 2 freezing on black transition screen!

Hi there!

I'm on 3.71 M33-2 using RE2 Dual Shock Leon's Disc with BH2 Dual Shock Leon's Disc's GAME ID.

I'm near the end of the Police Station and the game freezes during a transition black screen between rooms and the music continues to play.

I searched around but haven't found a way to fix it. And if there is a way, can I stil use my saved game or do I have to start over?

do a forum search for the RE2 fix, that's for exactly this point in the game afaik and just transfer your savegame back n forth with CWCheat, prolly will work to keep yer save?

yes. but you need this software(PSXPSP Gamesave ID Converter V1.0 BETA (By Aaron Leighfield)) to convert the game save
