PSP screen not working

SOMEONE PLZ HELP!!!! My psp (slim) or christmas is already screwed:( I have 3.71 m33 custom firmware and it was working fine. I needed to get the 1.5 kernel so i followed this video's instructions: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CLzU2EF-ep4 now, im from US so idk if this could have messed it up or if its just a bogus filet i downloaded it to my psp and when i turned my psp back on i couldnt start it: EDIT:(it might also be because my psp is slim and i used some thing maybe only for the fat?)

The screen went on LED,lighting the black background
Then it shut off within two seconds.. but the power light and mem. stick light remained as usual.
I DO have a working pandora battery and mms..so i tried reinstalling the CFW. No luck... same proccess repeats: screen turns on and then off

So THEN i tried just leaving it alon for a couple of seconds and in about 2min... the psp's screen turns on but if you press anything on the psp...i . e. the X button the psp's screen turns right off again
when u leave the psp's screen off again the same thing happens: wait a couple seconds andit will turn back on only if you press any buttons it just turns off again (keep in mind this whole time the green light remains on) if anyone could help me out i would REALLY REALLY REALLY apreciate it. Thanks for all who can help I REALLY NEED THIS FIXED

MAJOR FAIL... slims can't run 1.5 fw... as you can see (literally) that there is no display driver for it...

You can't see 1.50 on a slim. The slim doesn't support 1.50. Why would you want to go there anyway?

Use DCv3 to upgrade back to 3.71 M33 and don't ever try to go to 1.50 again using a slim.
