Iv alredy updated to 3.52 M33 den to 3.52 update 4 but wen I run 3.52 M33UPDATE it will only say the game cod not be started

Have you put the update in the GAME150 folder?

Im not sure I was using the CFW 3.52M33-Update4 dat was posted in psp-hacks. it is a wininstaller where it will automatically extract the file to ur psp mso.

cod i upgrade to 3.71 without updating my 3.52 M33 to Update 4?

I use PSP hacks as well. I havent used the update 4 that your using. Go here - http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/1231 and then follow the readme. Its very simple.

You cant upgrade to 3.71 unless your on 3.52 M33-4. Also i would recommend that you make a pandora battery first.

No You must update to V3 or V4 if you want go to 3.71 M33.

Install 3.52 M33 Update 4

(If Psp Say "The game could not be started. Error (80020148)" do so:
Force turn off Psp. Press and hold press "R" button while turn on the psp.
Now you are in "Recovery menu".
Go on "configuration" and press "X" button.
Now go on "Game folder homebrew" and set it on "(currently: 1.50 Kernel)".


Put "M33Update4" folder in "GAME150" and run update.
(Ms0:/PSP/GAME150/M33UPDATE4/EBOOT.BPB)

Install 3.71 M33

First method for both psp, the prefered when possible:

Requeriments: a fat psp slim with 3.52 M33-3 or 3.52 M33-4. Previous versions of M33 won't work,
due to a bug that affects them and OE; or a psp slim with 3.60 M33.

- Copy the UPDATE directory into /PSP/GAME/UPDATE and copy the EBOOT.PBP of the 3.71 Sony updater
there but with name "371.PBP". Note: the program will not even show if you copy it to a different folder than that.

- If you are in the fat psp, make sure you have configured the psp to run the game folder in the 3.XX kernel.

- Execute the program, it requires 78% of battery. If you have idstorage corrupted due to a downgrader, the program
will ask you to correct it automatically so the update can continue.

- Press X, and the Sony updater will begin. Sit and enjoy while Sony code installs 3.71 M33 :)

- When finished, the updater will ask you to reboot (pressing X or O). DO IT. Do not skip this step
shutting down the psp by yourself, or you'll end with a brick.

- You should be now in 3.71 M33

- Copy the program to /PSP/GAME/UPDATE
- If you have 1.50 addon, make sure you have the kernel of game folder configured to 3.71, or the
program will not even start.

This update is totaly independent of the 3.71 M33 version installed (1, 2, or future ones),
and also independent of previous 1.50 kernel addon installed or not.
