C'ant Downgrade to 1.50

My psp is 3.51 m33, it didn't do anything when i pressed run program at PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/EBOOT.PBP, and when i checked that directory my recovery folder wasn't there. Right now i could really use some help finding where to download the recovery folder or how to to downrade 3.51 m33 to 1.50, Thanks for any help.:(

Thats because you have to make it yourself! download the 1.5 EBOOT aswell as the extra recovery files
