I have a phat psp running on 3.52 m33-4, today i was watching something on Youtube with the latest version of PSPtube (20071229c) and my batteries were running low. I plugged in the AC adapter so that the PSP could run on the external power supply rather than the batteries, and to my surprise it started CHARGING with the WI-FI ON! After about 25-30 seconds of charging i pulled the plug out. Will this damage my battery, wi-fi chip or PSP?
P.S you can get the latest version here

if you don't believe me that you can charge with the wi-fi on when this app is running

They enabled charging and Wi-Fi in one of the recent firmwares :) It's perfectly safe as long as you stay on 222MHz.

PSPTube runs at 333MHZ, but i pulled the AC adaptor after about 25-30 seconds, will this damage my psp?

Well, I didn't know they enabled charging+wifi+333mhz.
As far as I know it overheats after a while, but if the firmware hasn't automatically stopped it, they removed that feature for a reason (probably realised it was safe enough).
30 seconds wouldn't be a problem, if you left it for hours I'd be wondering how hot it gets...

I pulled the plug, turned off WI-FI, quit PSPtube, turned the PSP off and continued charging, so my PSP should be all right?
edit: somehow charging + wifi + 333mhz works in PSPtube... you can DL and test it if you don't believe me

I dunno, but I never seen anyone had exploded their PSPs yet,
so, I don't think there's problem with charging while wifying.
But be careful, you might one who will be reporting the damage in future.
Or person who exploded his PSP might be dead.
