cannot connect to live

i can't connect into xbox live but it doesn't say i am banned.

any suggestions i think i've tried about everything

It's down for alot of people. Including me, and I've never modded any 360.

Hey all, I spoke to a manager at Microsoft today and he states that they are currently having many issues that they are working on. I purchased 1 year of live the day after Christmas and have only been able to finish 1 game of Madden out of approximately 20. I am continuously getting disconnected in the middle of a game. The manager states that they are aware of the issue and they are working on it but cannot give a time as to when they will have it fixed. He also aknowledged that they have been having issues since the Dec. 23rd. Good luck to all those having issues. I feel like I wasted my money so far!

I've been trying to recover my GT, yet it keeps saying the server is unavailable for the past 3 days. Its getting annoying, they should reimburse us all with a couple days of free service.

You can test this by also trying to create a new xbl account, as the same message shows up

The Microsoft manager also told me to create a free silver account as they are working on fixing single user accounts. Unfortunately, I did this and still continue to get disconnected. This is just plain ridiculous!

im pretty sure if you felt that way and ***** enough lile everyone here on the forums about it m$ will be happy to credit your cc account(unless you bought a prepaid card, then idk wtf they could do about that)
