cheap 1.50 firmware

I recently bought 1 on ebay, but the guy took my muney n stoppd replying to my e-mails, so i jus got refunded but i aint usin that website no more. Any suggestions for websites that sell cheap and 1.50 firmware psps (i dont think theyre gona crack it any tym soon)??? sorry if its in wrong thread...

Ebay is still your best bet. Most ppl are honest tho, just check out their feedback before buying. Importers will charge you up the ass, like lik-sang and others.

me3. I found mine for around $270 shipped. So ain't bad. Especially in CA, cuz it's gonna be like $250+TAX=$270 anyway for any PSP version.

i don't know how relevant this info will be, but i've just received word from my fren who is back in singapore that the PSPs there are all 1.5 FW. there are 2 kinds available in singapore, the official set and the import one. my fren just spoke to the sales staff at Sony and they told him all the official sets are 1.5 FW (he also checked the box to confirm, and there was no letter below the voltage on the bar code which means its 1.5), i personally have bought the official set and its FW is 1.5 (altho this was in june). i'm not too sure abt the import sets, but i'm guessing they are 1.5 or lower for these import sets were imported directly frm japan when PSPs were first released. i don't know how long it will be b4 all the 1.5s sell out. the price for the official set is $599(SGD) including 2 games, import sets vary in price (depending on where and who the set is bought from, bargaining is a powerful tool!) but i've been quoted $345(SGD) for the value pack. i don't know if any retailers sell their goods online, but if anyone wants a 1.5 searching singapore is your best bet.
