hi i'm here to warn people that microsoft is probaly banning again because my lil brother just got banned this afternoon i'm (still) not banned but my old 360 got banned couple of weeks back he has a hitachi lg drive with i think xtreme 2.7 1 of the newest since he doesn't want ixtreme hopefully you can read true my bad english and warn people please believe me this is NO HOAX

and no wonder he got banned he's using outdated firmware which could possibly be detected

yeah then he is 2.4 it's a while back and yeah he did it himself but stil it's ban time again i'm afraid

he did made it trough 2 ban rounds with old firmware so he still got lucky i guess

hes using a outdated firmware for xbox live therefore not preventing the ban nothing do with microsoft bringing in new bans he missed the old bans by mere luck that his previous backups were patched

regardless of firmware if the user sticks bad ripped games not correctly prepared in the console then they get banned thats the way it gos.even people with ixtreme get banned.so with regards to firmware he can have whatever on the drive ms cant detect it,in fact the only time was the e66 for samsung ms28 drives.it is backups they are interested in and nothing else.

Friend of mine still isn't banned. On some real old firmware on an Hitachi drive. I got banned around the Halo 3 time when loads of people did. My mate escaped and it still works fine.

He gets all his games off me, so why I was banned and he wasn't is anyones guess.

yeah but until now they haven't banned individual they ban everyone who stands on their ban list he was on in it and when they do they call it a ban wave so its a new ban round OR they changed from stategy

also he is on the list for a while i guess he's a real cod4 online player haven't put any backup in his 360 since it's lauch so i believe that they gonna scrap some new guys from there 'ban list'

well my new 360 still isn't banned and is also on 2.4 (lG) the reason for this is that it is my lil sister's 360 and she plays a lot of non patched games so ixtreme 1.4 isn't option maybe for a new fresh 360

sorry but im slightly confused how the hell do you or him no about being on there list no-one knows anything like that

simple fact is he used games which were correctly patched and now he's used a incomplete patched game or possibly bad kreon rip

or a combination of both without checking images for stealth and not using ixtreme firmware you've no way of telling whether its patched correctly

yess i know i ain't some fool man it's just this why wouldnt they ban him along with everyone in the last ban wave cause before that wave he had cod4 and he hasn't played an other games since , and yes it is probably a bad rip i'm actually pretty damm sure it is almost every game of mine is that's also the reason for the xtreme firm but the point is ,did they ever ban individial people as far as i know they don't so that means people who have played bad rips and got trough the last wave have chance to get banned now so he must have been on the list for a while at least a couple of weeks

but hey i'm only saying that he got banned and that there is big chance that he won't be the only one

o and for people who always ***** about perfect english and say they actually ban everyone individual i know that but i don't know how to put it in good english i just mean that they always ban a lot of people on one day why would they ban only him this day
