Hi,

I am running 3.71m33. I downloaded the following files:

Doom-PSP v0.04
AFKIM 2_15
MARIOdemo2psp
PspEncyclopedia v0.1

I placed them in PSP\GAME150, so for example afkim looks like this:

Removable Disk(H:)\PSP\GAME150\afkim%

When I boot my PSP up and go to Memory Card, I see the logos and backgrounds for the homebrews, but when I try and load them, the PSP screen comes up, the memory card access light blinks real quick and then I get Error 8002014c.

What am I doing wrong?

Is this on a phat or slim psp.

1.50 homebrew doesn't work on the slim. There is a 1.50 subset addon for the phat - are you running that?

No it's a slim...

Is there homebrew for the slim?

Slim doesnt support 150 kernel, as he said.
And yes, there are homebrews on psp, like doom as an example.

OH MY GOD!

Clearly you have not made a pandora battery, or a Magic Memory Stick. these are ESSENTIAL requirements for getting brew to run on a slim.

and if you're trying to understand why 1.5 based homebrew WON'T just magicly run on a brand new slim straight outta the box... well then YOU have a lot of forums to read.

good luck with that

Sigh...

Yeah I know there is homebrew for the slim, but I meant applications like AIM and Encyclopedia.

I made a battery and memory card. I purchased my first PSP 2 days ago, so I'm pretty much clueless besides installing the firmware.

The problem with the PSP community is that there is SO much information scattered everywhere, there's no single place with all the information. If I want to learn about something I have to look in a dozen different placed to get all the information I need.

The original question: Is there a single site with homebrew apps (aim, encyclopedia, etc) compatible with the slim?

Hi everyone...

I thought Id take a minute to elaborate on how useless I am, and how I like to pretend I'm in a development team, and Oh did I mention that I have this burning desire to code Command and Conquer in LUA?? I know no one will play it or congratulate me on a job well done because I'm a douchebag. Oh by the way I'm also a homosexual, and I like to let my family dog lick peanut butter off my genitalia

Jesus dude... Chill out

psp slim 3.71-3 m33

hi, was having the same issue myself, you need to install eLoader_v1.
just unpack and put in psp/game folder, copy your homebrew folders to the same location.
Run eLoader, then you should see homebrew apps and run them from there.
