how can i copy a video, photo, or music to my xbox360

Make sure the videos are .wmv (Or .avi I think), the images jpeg and the music mp3. Pop a USB stick into your computer, copy the files over that you want, plug the USB stick into your 360 and navigate through the menus to find your files. Play back and enjoy.

You can burn music from CD's but I think that's about it :(
